About the authors

Katrina Heijne is researcher and lecturer in Creative Facilitation and Co-Creation at the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at the Delft University of Technology. She has her own consulting firm (SeriousCreativity) that specialises in training facilitators and teams in optimising creative sessions and brainstorms, resulting in innovative ideas and concrete solutions.

Han van der Meer has been an innovation consultant since 1979, he retired as professor of innovative entrepreneurship at Saxion University of Applied Sciences and strategic innovation management at the Delft University of Technology in 2018. He is now senior consultant at SeriousCreativity.
